If anybody needs help: Arrows open levers. Speed potions, scrolls of misty step, arrows of teleportation. Also chuck some speed potions on the gondians/the Duke, cause they don't move fast enough for my liking. If you can't heal the Duke, then throwing a potion in his pathway can help. Finished my last run with like four turns left, got to watch the fishy freaks run around trying to find me lmao

I didnt get everyone last time but learning 3 things helped, the mind Flayer with teleport, projectiles can flip switches and the AI will use portals if placed

Speed potions for the bonus action, misty step scrolls for more movement, and you can shoot the door levers with normal arrows if you’re out of range.

For those that don't know, shooting arrows at the levers will open the cell. Also can use mage hand to open cells

What do you do about that one gnome that runs past the ladder instead of going up it, and then on their last turn, stands there doing nothing and skips their turn instead of going up the ladder?

Honestly this is my favourite part of every playthrough. I look forward to it every time and I’ve never once failed to save everyone. Split the party. Summons to draw the combat away from Gondians. Astarion and gale Misty stepping and cunning dashing side by side. One of them pumping out crowd control spells to manage monsters. The other shooting levers and picking locks. Mumma K and wyll going in the other direction to save daddy ravenguard. As soon as you reach him, karlack yeeta his ass as far as she can, getting him safe from mizora and her damn spiders. A soon as you have 3 rounds to go, everyone chugging speed potions. Dashing, misty stepping, teleporting arrows. single hand crossbows as bonus actions to open doors from a distance. Omelluum getting the slowest in the pack straight back into the submarine. Teleporting arrows. Hold monster, upcast to hold multiple fish per turn. No fighting, only rescue and run. Genuinely such a fun time. I will never understand the hate this level gets. It’s is an absolute hoot and a half!
