That concrete is going to basically “explode “ in small chunks as it heats up. The moisture expands abs flakes the concrete apart. That not a very good idea.

Yes, you can make a fire pit out of concrete, provided you use an inner lining of heat-resistant fire bricks to protect the concrete from cracking or exploding under extreme temperatures
