I’ve had 3 successful unmedicated births. I have been asked by other moms for advice on how to achieve this, so I thought I would share some tips here! I was induced with all 3. I was on pitocin for 2 of them (19 and 17 hours of labor) and received cervidil for 1 (7 hours of labor-my middle child). I did get one dose of Fentanyl with my first, about 30 mins before he was born. I hated the way it made me feel and it didn’t help with the pain, at all, so I wouldn’t recommend it. 😆 Those were the 3 hardest days of my life, but so worth it. There is obviously no award for having an unmedicated birth… but my reasoning was that I didn’t want to cause any potential harm to myself or my babies (by getting an epidural or using other pain medications). And I already have chronic neck and back pain and feared that an epidural would make it worse. It was also very empowering and I’ve seen research that it helps you recover more quickly postpartum! I hope this helps other mamas! ❤️ #naturalbirth #naturallabor #unmedicatedbirth #newborn #babygirl

Posted these everywhere except here and I am never doing this hair ever again. Was fun AX25 it rocked getting to be one of the hosts. I spent like 400 dollars on everything for the meet up party and also showed up like 40 minutes late but here’s Kel tho. #omori #animeexpo2025 #deltarune
