@rambaminai100: CONDOLENCE MESSAGE FROM FORMER PRIME MINISTER AND MEMBER FOR IALIBU-PANGIA, HON. PETER O'NEILL, CMG, MP. I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the Member for Maprik Open, the Late Hon. Libert Kapris. On behalf of my family, the people of Ialibu-Pangia, and the People's National Congress Party, I extend my heartfelt condolences to his mother, his family, his clan, his political party led by Hon. Richard Maru, and most importantly, the people of Maprik and East Sepik Province. This is a truly tragic loss. Maprik has now lost two Members in one term of Parliament - father and son. The late Hon. Gabriel Kapris passed in August 2023, and now his son Libert, who stepped up to continue his father's legacy after winning the June 2024 By-Election, has also left us too soon on 17th October 2026. Hon. Libert Kapris was a young leader with a humble heart who accepted a great responsibility to serve his people. Though his time in Parliament was short, he served with dignity and commitment. To Governor Allan Bird and the people of Greater Sepik, we share your pain during this difficult time. The Kapris family has endured so much loss. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may God give strength to his family and the people of Maprik. HON. PETER O'NEILL CMG, MP Former Prime Minister and Member for Ialibu-Pangia #condolences #peteroneill #libertkapris #late #fypシ
