We do not see reality as it is. We see it as we are— Filtered through the mind, Shaped by what lies behind the eyes. For centuries, humanity has confused faith with belief. We call it faith, but it is really belief. Most beliefs are not born from a direct connection to universal truth. They do not arise from firsthand experience of metaphysical reality. They are merely inherited perspectives, passed down without question. We have this idea in Western society that trust, faith, and confidence are just concepts, mental ideas. This is wrong. Faith is knowing—living truth through direct experience. Only through living knowledge, Exact cognition, Direct experience, Can we come to truly know anything. Faith is not something that you get just by reading a book or attaching a label to yourself, saying, “Now I am a Buddhist, so I have faith in Buddha.” This is wrong. What you have is belief. Belief is fine. But belief is not faith. One day, you will laugh at all your seeking. And when you do, you will KNOW: The truth you sought Was always here. You were already That which you were seeking. There is no greater mystery than this: We keep seeking reality, Though WE ARE reality. (Sayings by Samael Aun Weor, Terence Mckenna and Sri Ramana Maharshi) #spiritualtiktok #existentialism #deepthoughts #philosophy
