@lumplette: First time making a lemon loaf and it’s a pass!! 🍋✨ Recipe below: Cake - Combine the wet with the sugar... then add the flour and mix. Bake at 170 degrees celsius for 45-55 minutes / until the stick comes out clean! - 1 cup sugar - Zest of 3 lemons - 2 eggs - 1/2 cup oil - 1 cup plain yoghurt - 2 cups self raising flour - Some salt Syrup - microwave 15 seconds and stir to melt the sugar! - Juice of 2.5 lemons - 1/3 cup sugar Glaze - just mix in the sugar - Juice of 0.5 lemon - 1 cup icing sugar #lemonloafcake #lemoncake
