Large "plum size" pendulous growth just proximal to the right tarsus or hock. Also has what appears to be a large lipoma on the neck area. Needs to be surgically removed. Sedated with Dexdormitor (.5mg/ml) .8cc IM. DX: Xray (RL & VD View Lumbar Spine and pelvis)=Spondylosis all along lumbar spine and lumbosacral spondylosis. P: TX: Carprofen (50mg/ml) 2.2cc SQ RX: Carprofen 100mg 1T SID 7 days RX: Gabapentin 100mg 2C BID 7 days Reversed sedation with Atipamezole (5mg/ml) .4cc IM Placing FDT 72 hours Shelter Observations 10/21/26: Remington was easy to leash and take to the yard, he does walk well on the leash no pulling. Very sweet , knows sit and shake. Very calm demeanor.
