the sleeve has hairline crack it can be from over heating or corrosion or piston slap and caused a Crack replace the sleeve

Corrosion formed around the other side of the sleeve as a rusult of insufficiant lubrication and corrosion inhibitors which is found in the chemical composition of engine coolant also called anti freeze. This causes the sleeves to thin out resulting in cracks as a result of the high pressure in the cylinder .
