I cover my whole body in petroleum jelly every day and that is the only thing that has helped my eczema/TSW ❤️keep ur head up girl 🥰

as someone who suffers from TSW the only relief i get is high doses of Prednisolone but my GP doesnt like to prescribe it. Generally 1-4 weeks on it brings it under control Dose starts at 40mg daily and then down by 10mg each week

hey beautiful I went through tsw this year My eyes were the absolute last place to heal and they still flare on and off very mildly but I promise every flare. it'll get slowly slowly better. you might not notice it but over a few months you will and setbacks are normal I promise❤️

Do you ever slather your face and neck in vaseline before bed? I don't know if it will help but I wonder if that would help with some of the dry/flakiness/itchiness?

The cold weather could be irritating it and making it worse. Are you able to put anything on it? When I have similar but not quite as bad as you, I put a generous amount of Vaseline in to keep it moisturised and not itchy x
