Clearly that man hasn’t done any research of his own if he’s blaming colonialism for all of Africas problems. How many countries gained independence with fully functional buildings and governments just for it to crumble into corruption within 5 years? The country sits on water but the people refuse to maintain wells and that’s if they ever let them get built. So many prosperous cities but crime is so bad it’s not safe for foreigners to go to because you can call the police but they will do the same thing the criminals are doing. Half the countries are in a civil war of some sorts for absolutely no reason except somebody corrupt wants power from somebody else who is corrupt and this is not saying every county in Africa is bad, just like everywhere there are good and bad apples, but you can’t blame all their problems on one thing that they didn’t continue.
