@doritawebb98: The pimple I woke up with this morning looks really swollen, even after using a pimple patch. #RealSkin #SkincareCommunity #PimplePatch #SwollenPimple #AcneProblems
Don’t squeeze your pimples. You might want to try a simple face cream—I used one when I had severe acne and breakouts, and it worked really well for me. It’s also quite affordable.

Have you tried MPLE Face Cream? I've been using it because it contains 2% salicylic acid, and it's so much more convenient than other acne products.

I've been using pimple patches on the cystic acne around the sides of my nose for four days straight, changing them every morning. I really don't want to squeeze anything in the facial "danger triangle." 😩😖

I used to work in dermatology, so here's my honest take: pimple patches aren't as effective as people think, and if they're not used properly, they can trap moisture and irritate the skin, potentially increasing the risk of infection. Please don't squeeze your pimples, especially in the area between your nose and mouth, known as the facial "danger triangle." In rare cases, infections in this area can lead to serious complications. Products containing both salicylic acid and niacinamide may help manage breakouts, unclog pores, and improve the appearance of acne marks. I'd focus on a suitable skincare routine rather than picking at pimples or relying solely on patches.
