@lepadatu.dev: How to remove the bloatware from your Android phone with Claude Code 📱👇 Your phone came with dozens of apps you never asked for, and Android won't let you uninstall them. Claude Code can switch them off, using a free list of 5,381 apps, each one explained (Samsung alone has 486 marked safe to remove). On your phone: Settings → About phone → tap Build number 7 times, until it says "You are now a developer!" (enter your PIN if it asks). Samsung: Build number is inside Software information. Xiaomi: tap OS version instead. Then open Developer options and turn on USB debugging. Samsung: it's at the bottom of Settings. Pixel: Settings → System. Xiaomi: Settings → Additional settings, and turn on USB debugging (Security settings) too. Plug the phone into your computer and press Allow on the phone. Open Claude Code and paste this prompt, with your phone model: "My phone is a [your phone model], connected to this computer by USB with USB debugging on. Install adb if it's missing. Then: List every installed package with adb. Get the Universal Android Debloater list (github.com/Universal-Debloater-Alliance/universal-android-debloater-next-generation, file resources/assets/uad_lists.json) and match my packages against it. Keep only the ones marked Recommended. Show me each one with what it does, in plain words, and ask me which ones I use. Disable the rest one at a time with: adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 [package]. Never touch anything that isn't marked Recommended. Save a file with the undo command for each one: adb shell pm enable [package]." Tick the apps you use. It switches off the rest. When you're done, turn USB debugging off again. Nothing is deleted: one command brings any app back, and a factory reset restores everything. Any Android, no root. Not for iPhone. Save this, and follow for more Claude Code tips. #claudecode #android #samsung #ai #TechTips
