@bensfinance: My goals with the stock market now #investing #stocks #PersonalFinance When investing, your capital is at risk. Over time, the real value of debt decreases if you don’t borrow more. I’m 15 years into a 25 year mortgage. The peace of mind though is what makes it so tempting.

beginners don't focus only on random meme coins hoping for a lucky.A better approach is learning how launches work, understanding
community building, and connecting
with experienced builders and trade Even with a small.budget, studying strong projects and joining solid teams can teach you a lot more than chasing every new coin

So you have a debt at a really low interest rate and you want to pay that off and devalue an asset that’s growing by 30% plus a year? Madness.

People said I was stupid for doing it but it’s a guarantee. But I’ve just sold it and bought a big house with a big deposit that allows me to have a bigger house and more of a life

Why not consider keeping your stock value and letting the stock market pay your monthly mortgage payment? See mortgage has an employee you are paying. The compound value on the stocks you already own even if its 500k, is massive

Are you making overpayments / can you make overpayments? Good to have that optionality and choice if possible, it means you can still invest and reduce some of that mortgage debt. Top work getting where you are, it’s an incredible journey!

In your journey have you seen days like this before & definitely great idea to pay off the mortgage but I’d give yourself a couple years the compound interest maybe say to yourself next 5 years or 10 years you pay a large portion of the mortgage etc
