I dunno, if said friend had a girlfriend I'd feel REALLY guilty if I had a crush that didn't disappear after a few days. At what point does it just get uncomfortable.Also I was once the girlfriend in this situation. I could tell his female friend had a long standing crush on him. It made me feel very uncomfortable like I was the love villain in someone else's romance 🤣 anyway they're married now and I'm really happy for them! 💖💖💖 I'm also married to my guy friend who I had a crush on for 5 years. My crush wouldn't go away and whenever he got a girlfriend I felt like such a horrible person lol I'd distance myself out of respect for him, her AND myself. It really wasn't fun for me being in that situation so I'd take myself out.

How is this considered healthy?When jealousy starts to appear,when they meet someone or you do and they or you pursue someone else but the feelings are still there?When it’s very clear that these feelings are clearly very different than what I feel about my other friends who I also appreciate as much?

these videos have been really helpful for me, especially after figuring out that I'm polyamorous. It's helped me understand the bonds I've formed with my friends and how it's perfectly okay to be platonically in love with my friends that i admire most, and that it's okay to let the love develop how ever it is meant to organically
