"Underrated" and we get over a million visitors a year and our population doubles in the summer do to the amount of seasonal workers that flood in.

In May 2026 we boarded our 1st plane ever headed to Juneau, Alaska from Charlotte,NC. We rented an Airbnb, rented a car and explored Juneau for a week. We LOVED it!! We talk about it all the time. The Airbnb was on the water, we saw seals being chased by orcas and then eagles flying the skies above all at the same time!! We took a whale watching tour and explored all parts of Juneau!! We miss seeing the eagles everywhere. Juneau, Alaska will forever hold a special place in our hearts. 🥰
