sandwich man!🥪🥪 :
I like the idea of ONLY using ai (bare with me here) as Very rough drafts, like you don't know what to put for a throne, like you need a reference in different angles, then you can draw it in your own way! but only if you have no idea what to draw!

Hmm if I ever do commissions I think I’m gonna poison the art incase they try and feed it to ai

an example of what I did for a (as of yet, uncommissioned) oc design instead of using ai slop to cut corners

Picrew is also a great tool and everything is made by real artists. I've had clients send me a couple picrews and tell me which elements from each to incorporate, and then there's the bonus of the resulting art piece usually being usuable as the reference next time

I'd really appreciate if someone game me the messy collage, it feels so genuine and heartwarming.

I usually give a very rough blocking of where things go when I get a commission. I jsut be placing shapes n shit it’s awful but it usually gets the point across

I feel you, mate. I've also seen fake ass "artists" taking commissions and then just AI generating slop. The IsthisAI sub-reddit is just full of poor souls who realised the art they paid good money for is AI. The AI exhaustion is real.

Someone recently contacted me asking about my pfp then about my art- they asked if I could look at their work.. all traced or ai filtered slop.. then they asked if I’d commission them.. ASKING AN ACTUAL ARTIST IF THEYD COMMISSION TO GET THEIR OC PUT THROUGH AI SLOP GENERATORS AND THEN WANTING ME TO PAY FOR IT.. it felt like a slap in the fucking face let me tell you
