@adhd_empowerment: Last week, I attended the Unstoppable ADHD Creator Summit at Paris Hilton’s home. I’ve been taking some time to process everything and thinking about what I’m taking away from that experience. Finding this community has meant so much to me since my diagnosis at 26. Hearing someone say “me too” can help you see experiences you once blamed yourself for with a little more compassion. 🤞 But community also means making room for differences. We won’t all experience ADHD in the same way, and every person deserves to have their support needs taken seriously! As ADHD becomes more visible, I want us to keep asking: Are we sharing accurate information? Challenging stereotypes? Helping people access useful support? Our community deserves honest conversations and realistic promises, especially when we’re already feeling overwhelmed or searching for answers. Thank you, @parishilton , for inviting me and bringing us together.
