as someone who has a background in system administrations and other IT, that fishing email test was brilliant. that doesn't mean that they're not going to get their rings but it was brilliant. also the jeweler who designed the rings had an interview on ESPN and explained the process of creating championship rings for teams. what's a team wins there's a bidding period for other Jewelers to submit their design ideas and the teams have to pick who they want to go with and the next pick this particular jeweler with 7 weeks till tip off.

It sucks, but you can also look at it like this. They were not a part of the actual team. They didn’t play the actual game however they’re still a part of the organization and if it was me, I would immediately quit and go to a different team.
