Roatan was great, I went with NCL so at a different dock which also had plenty to enjoy at the port. If you feel like treating yourself I will always recommend Turquoise Bay as an excursion, it’s a private beach club and all inclusive. Beautiful beach, phenomenal staff members, worth the splurge

We LOVED this port. So much free things to do and such a short trip back to the ship. We went early, headed back to the ship for a late lunch, and relaxed.

Loved this port BUT my mom booked us a private driver who took us all over all day, so we didn’t do anything close to the ship itself. He also stopped at a little spot to get us iguana burritos 🫣 no one believes me when I say I eaten iguana lol

I like that ports have stuff like this, but tbh if you've never been to the area, you are truly missing out not getting out and actually seeing the island. we always do a tour of some sort of the island on our first visits and then if we go back, we might stay in port but there is always so much to do and see

I love this port and been twice and want to go again, both times I rented a clamshell with table and two loungers. You ate absolutely correct about getting off early to get a good spot if you don’t already have reservations.

Honduras is one of those places that I can 100% vouch for venturing beyond the cruise port if you can swing it. The local spots are so beautiful and the food is so good

Wow we were there in March and the pool was under construction. Looks nice!! We loved Roatan. Some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever done.

Was there in August. It’s changed quite a bit in the last 15 years. Had to go all the way to the end of the beach to get a chair. Wasn’t like that a decade ago. But it was beautiful, just like years ago.
