It is so simple. All my workers know that if you don’t report to work, 50ghs will be deducted from your salary each day. So if you don’t come for 3 days, 150 will be deducted. If u come late, you will pay 10ghs to the 1st person who reported to work. It’s been working for me. You can also try it.
