@mickklovin: Shine Effect has been my obsession for the last year… and here’s why. It’s base-light and tone-heavy, meaning it doesn’t overcorrect or erase the hair’s natural highs and lows. Even when coloring roots to ends, you still get beautiful dimension. 🙌🏼 So naturally, I thought… why the hell haven’t I tried this on my eyebrows?! 😂 My brows have so many different lights and darks, but every time I tint them, they end up looking like I painted them on with shoe polish. You need to use a mascara wand to do that and if you put Vaseline around the skin it will keep the dye from staining

Next time use a disposable mascara wand, followed by an actual semi stiff small paint brush
