@its_sunnahh__: Not everything you hear deserves to be repeated, and not everything that reaches your ears deserves to reach someone else’s heart. Before sharing a story, forwarding a message, or making a claim about another person, pause and verify. A few careless words can spread falsehood, damage someone’s reputation, and make us responsible for passing on something we never even checked. Being the first to share something does not make you knowledgeable. Having the wisdom to verify before speaking does. Allah reminds us in the Qur’an: “If a wicked person comes to you with news, verify it…” (Surah Al-Hujurat 49:6) And the Prophet ﷺ warned that it is enough for a person to be considered a liar to narrate everything they hear. (Sahih Muslim, Introduction) Before you let a statement leave your tongue, make sure you have given the truth a place in your mind. May Allah protect our tongues from falsehood, our hearts from assumptions, and our actions from harming others through unverified words. Ameen. 🤍 #IslamicReminder #VerifyBeforeYouShare #Truth #SurahAlHujurat #Hadith
