I used to really struggle with skin issues, sinus issues and gut issues. Unfortunately, it took feeling awful in my own body and being told there was nothing wrong with me for me to finally take my health into my own hands (I will share my full health story soon). These habits have now become such a natural part of my life, and I truly love waking up each day and putting my health first 💗 My journey has led me to be so much more intentional about what I put in and on my body, and the products I choose to use in my everyday life.
