Ukrainian officials have reported that its connections to the networks have been throttled, preventing their forces from controlling drones when they reach higher speeds. Some have been stopping midflight and falling from the sky. Ukraine's access to the two satellite networks has given it a technological advantage over Russia's greater material and manpower resources, helping it defy its much bigger adversary's efforts to take over the country.
