The GJA President meant no harm or disrespect, but how he put the statement makes it seem a bit disrespectful. My suggestion is, “Your majesty, your brother Asantehene will be a guest of honor/ part of the event, which is happening on your land. We can’t host another king on your land without your permission.We will be grateful if you could grace the occasion for us. We’ll love to feel the presence two great traditional rulers/kings”.
