once had a teenager say the gel was BURNING him while doing a scrotal. he kept insisting it was okay but also like writhing around during the scan. i’m like dude im gonna grab another bottle why is this hurting you???

As an ultrasound student, I actually prefer cold gel when my classmate scanned me. I don’t know the warm gel, It just feels like someone’s spitting on me.

I had someone tell me for an abdomen exam that the warm gel is so warm she feels like she need to use the restroom soo🤷♀️I would rather them preference the cold gel and it taking me a moment longer to get the gel then have a problem🙃
