Zero to AI expert: the whole roadmap, step by step f you opened a chat with AI for the first time today, this is the full path, in order. The goal: someone tells you about a problem at work, and before they finish talking you already see the system. Which tools, what AI does, what a person still checks. For most people that takes 4 to 6 months at an hour or two a day. You don't have to be technical. You do have to understand what's going on. How AI works: a model, why it makes things up, why it forgets. Context: give it information, keep it in a project. Process mapping: write the work down as steps, then sort every step. Tools are capabilities: every app can do things and tell you when something happens. Most of them have an API, so they're building blocks. Automation: connect the blocks. AI automation: AI reads and writes, rules do the math, a person approves money. Agents: a goal, tools and rules, for the messy jobs. Building: Claude Code, and the stack you need to understand. Systems: everything working as one, and you know how to plug in any new tool. One step at a time, and build something small at every step. #claudecode #aiagents #aiautomation
