Ah of course! That's why when Vilemina stole the Moon Marrow, she brought it to the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau- you know, the one that is led by Sandrone? And why she handed it to Sandrone and not Dottore ? And thats why the lore and wiki specifies she was going to use it but was stopped because of Lauma and the Traveler invading their base? (see pic below because you seemingly cant do your own research). She gave it away because she didn't deem it important enough to continue fighting them, not out of the kindness of her heart. She decided it wasnt worth the hassle not that she never wanted it in the first place unlike what you were trying to imply. That must also be why it was the fatui officers of the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau (again, the one under sandrone) who threatened ethnic cleansing upon Hiisi island if they failed to give the sacred relic in time. I dont remember any of Dottore's men doing that because we didnt meet ANY during the nod krai quests aside from npc Jotautas who is redundant. Yall gotta stop trying to white wash antagonists. If you cant handle your morally gray favorite character being morally gray then dont stan them.

I hate how the plot always blames Dottore for everything, it has gotten exhausting

It also wasn‘t Dottore‘s order to retrieve Columbina, he received a letter from Pierro or the Tsaritsa with said order which was shown in the trailer. Y‘all can‘t blame Dottore for everything.

Also even her actions on Paha Isle were with good cause as it wound up being the most important step to creating the Mistilteinn aka liberating all of Snezhnaya from certain death 😭
