@allaroundvegas: 🏘️ 120 affordable apartments are coming to east Las Vegas. Clark County leaders broke ground on Nellis Grove near Nellis Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive. Developer Chelsea Investment Corporation says rents are expected to range from about $550 to $1,600 per month. Most apartments are intended for households earning roughly half the area’s median income or less. Planned amenities include in-unit laundry, a pool, clubhouse, playground, dog run and barbecue areas. Affordable housing is a joke. The owner receives a 10 thousand dollar kickback from the government for every apartment home filled with a low income person meeting THEIR "low income" guidelines. ALL A SCAM run on the taxpayer.
