Depends what the question is and the position of the cards but major arcana has a deeper impact than the minor arcana. Could even be that this couple is used to each other may be living together while not addressing fundamental differences and issues between them. Id even go to say that theyre staying physically together but emotionally drifting apart or falling out of love in the long run.

Were those the only two cards in the spread? Context can matter quite a bit, and with your own personal rules/intentions you set on the reading. Like, mine typically come in sets, the first is a situation, the following ones are events and ways things are being handled, and the last parts are outcomes/advice to deal with things. Sometimes I do clarifiers for more info on specific events/outcomes.
