@blackskullsreaper: *Creamy Coconut Coquito Recipe* For the spice tea: 1.5 cups of water Ginger Anis Star Cinnamon Sticks Whole Cloves All Spice Bring water to a boil and add the spices, bring it back to a boil then simmer until you reached a nice aroma! Put aside to cool! For the Coquito: 1 can evaporated milk 1 can condensed milk 1 can coconut milk 1 can Coconut Cream 1 tsp vanilla Cinnamon powder 1 tsp Coconut Extract Pour the above to a blender or bowl. Blend then add the (strained) spiced tea, mix well. For those adding alcohol go ahead and add white rum (to your Liking... I use half of the 750ml bottle) and blend. Please note: use Coconut Extract instead of Coconut flavored rum. Reason the Alcohol volume is weaker when using Coconut Flavored Rum! If you want to make bigger quantities double or triple the ingredients!!!
