Could you go into more detail on bollinger band’s strategy? I’ve run backtests using 5 years and 10 years of S&P 500 data and those tests show trading puts or just short selling until the stocks return to SMA20 is unprofitable. This is obviously just taking any breakout as a signal so I’d like to know if there’s a different kind of set up you look for.

My comment sent before I finished typing 😂 I’ve been looking on Google and YouTube tutorials to try and figure out how you got the blue filler opacity setting on your bands on think or swim. I can’t find how you did it!! I can put the bands on, but with my simple moving averages it gets confusing. If you could share your setting for the filler, that would be so very appreciated!!! 🙏❤️
