But Joe Burrow says the two never crossed paths. According to footage from the visit, Vance toured the team’s facility at Paycor Stadium. He met a few players and coaches. In a video, the Ohio native is seen carrying a football and shaking hands with staffers outside the locker room. One of his sons was also there. Vance is an avid Bengals fan. NBC 5 Cincinnati reported that team owner Mike Brown told Burrow at the start of practice that Vance would be coming. Still, Burrow, 29, said he did not meet him. He told reporters, “We did not.” He said Vance “came with everybody and left with swiftness and efficiency before the end of practice.” Burrow then talked about the crowd. He said that’s what he loves about his job, because it brings a lot of people together. He said people take time out of their day to come watch the work the team puts in. Burrow has spoken on social issues before. In 2020, he posted support for the Black community during the George Floyd prtests. In 2022, he shared an abrtion rights post on Instagram after Roe v.
