Yes, it is the government. If every human is left without law and its enforcement, we will all become animals. We all know that laws are not being enforced in Nigeria, which is the failure of the government. People are not good because they are inherently good; people are good because they know there are consequences for being bad. If Nigeria wasn’t a lawless country, the authorities would have curbed most of these useless behaviors before people take them outside to disgrace the country. Most of those people would have been in jail, and most people wouldn’t want to engage in cultism.
