The Sentencing for Agg Murder would’ve been life in prison w/o parole; instead, Rodney will be facing 9-36 months for reckless homicide. On the murder count he faces 15 years to life (they found that he caused a death while committing felonious assault) Felonious assault he is facing 3-11 years. Backstory: In May 2025, the day after his 18-year-old son Ryan was shot and killed by Cincinnati police, Rodney watched the body cam footage, left the police department, and minutes later drove into Deputy Larry Henderson, who was directing traffic for UC’s graduation. Henderson died. Prosecutors dropped the death penalty in January over his serious mental illness. Sentencing is set for November 16.
