Anime Power Scale :

Obito is the greatest written character in Naruto, he combines pain, love, courage and weakness. A kind kid whose dream was to become Hokage, he saw death in front of him and decided to escape to a reality without pain, a villain you cry for because you understand him. He's not just a villain, he's a story of loyalty to Rin, a story of a lost boy who in the end came back and died as a hero.
