I don’t know him, but I do know that if you told a rational person that you had been sneaking vegetables into the food that you’ve been making them and they have been praising you for said vegetable dishes, they should be OK with you continuing to do so.

You’ve got to put cauliflower in mashed potatoes! I literally use a bag of steamed cauliflower and blend it into my mash. It’s so good!

some constructive criticism… I’m really confused on what about veggies he hates? He likes things like pesto & pasta sauce (that’s almost entirely veg). After watching your entire series, I fear the issue may be the lack of seasoning you’re using & order in which you’re cooking
