I’ve started doing this intuitively. Every time I press record I start from 10m. Keep recording until I feel like they’re solid and then skim it. Most of the time the best isn’t the one that’s posted. Only at 133 followers right now but that’s a lot to me. I’m trying to just fall in love with the process.
