As a black American, you’re told there are certain places you shouldn’t go to because of the color your skin or the country you’re from. But Ireland and Scotland are like the ultimate safe places for people like me. And I commend them so much because they are one the few places in the world where people, who were once oppressed, stand for people who are currently oppressed. They’re not just happy with them being free they want a world where no one gets oppressed. I will always celebrate and stand with Ireland and Scotland.

South Africa will always remember the role Ireland played in the fight against Apartheid. We love the Irish except for 80 minutes, when we meet on the rugby field. 💪🏽🇿🇦💪🏽🇮🇪💪🏽
