The layout of storing stock creates the issue with the blind spots, this should have been better planned/ thought about to reduce the risk. Then you can think about additional measures like horn use, lights

did 12 month in that factory 😳so many health n safety risks its unbelievable ,,the shift manager wasn't interested,,only for pushing out targets...ridiculous

If the non fl driver goes pallet first that reduces the risk so I blame him other way round to machine collision with no human hurt

So they was fined when it was the ppt guy at fault 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 on a ppt blind corners i was told to slow down and a few short beeps clearly didnt slow down he had 5 working days to react to that clearly wanted the compo 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
