@exceldictionary: I turned an entire afternoon of trial and error into 10 seconds. Here’s how. 🤯   Custom number formatting always tripped me up. Digging through the format menu, googling the exact syntax, staring at format codes that look like a foreign language, getting one character wrong, starting over.   So now I open Copilot inside Excel and type: “add custom number formatting that highlights the positive percent changes green with an up arrow and negative percent changes red with a down arrow.”   It wrote the format code and dropped it straight into my data. And because it’s real custom number formatting, the arrows flip automatically when the data changes.   👉🏼 DM me ‘AGENT’ and I’ll send you my free AI for Excel guide comparing ChatGPT vs Claude vs Copilot   Follow @exceldictionary for daily Excel + AI tips   #excel #exceltips #copilot #aiforexcel #numberformatting #worksmarter
