The Quran states that establishing the legal charge of adultery (zina) requires four eyewitnesses. If they don't have four witnesses they don't have a case. Even if they have four witnesses and they are tried for adultery, the Quran does NOT mandate a death penalty. The Quran mandates a lesser punishment. . The Saudis had NO right to carry out this murder. This is a severe and absolute form of oppression. They need to repent quickly and never repeat such a thing and pay compensation to the families of those killed. If they don't, then we pray 🤲 for Allah to bring divine punishment upon them and their supporters.
