@zerogravitysportsmedia: END OF AN ERA FOR SGA 🤯 After nearly 2 YEARS, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s historic streak of 141 consecutive regular-season games with 20+ points has officially ended. SGA finished with 17 points in OKC’s 96-84 victory over Nikola Jokić and the Nuggets. SGA vs. Denver: 17 PTS | 2 REB | 3 AST | 1 BLK 6/19 FG | 3/11 3PT 📌 ICYMI: 🏆 The streak began November 1, 2024. 🏆 SGA broke Wilt Chamberlain’s 63-year-old record of 126 consecutive 20-point games in March 2026. 🏆 During the streak, SGA won 2 NBA MVPs, an NBA championship and Finals MVP. But here’s the crazy part… SGA was just 3 points away from extending the record when Denver pulled its starters with 1:43 remaining. Instead of chasing 20, Shai asked to check out. His explanation? “You always treat the game with respect.” Mark Daigneault praised his decision and called it an example of tremendous class. FINAL: Thunder 96, Nuggets 84 OKC improves to 2-0. 141 consecutive games. Nearly 2 full years of consistency. One of the greatest scoring streaks in NBA history. 🫡 Do you think anyone will EVER break SGA’s record? 👀 💫 Follow @zerogravitysportsmedia for more amazing content! 💬 Join the ZG Locker Room on Discord (link in bio) — the official ZG community! 🎯 Got game?
