Even if we assume that the Houthis are entirely an Iranian-backed proxy force—which I personally don't believe—their conflict with the Yemeni government dates back long before Iran became involved. Whatever path they chose to pursue their objectives within Yemen was fundamentally an internal Yemeni matter. Saudi Arabia had no right to interfere in Yemen's internal affairs or launch a war against them. Of course, the Houthis were never in a position to conquer Saudi Arabia, but I believe they delivered a very effective response to Mohammed bin Salman's unrealistic ambitions and geopolitical delusions. By the way, the Houthis never attacked Mecca or Medina. And I think you've conveniently forgotten that the Saudi-led coalition killed and injured so many children in Yemen that it was placed on the UN's list of parties responsible for grave violations against children. Saudi Arabia subsequently pressured the UN to have its name removed from that list. The Houthis have also stated that they would stop attacking airports if Saudi Arabia ended its air campaign against them. So don't pretend to be innocent or turn a blind eye to Saudi Arabia's role in this conflict while simply blaming Iran. I also don't understand why you fail to see that the Axis of Resistance was formed primarily to confront Israel. As Muslims, shouldn't you stand up for the rights of Palestinians and recognise Israel's role in regional instability, rather than making the defeat of the Axis of Resistance your main priority which is delusions ?
