You're joking but as makeup artist, that's also how you do makeup. I look to painters for color theory, and tips on achieving ideal contrast. I also think paint brushes are incredible for makeup 🔥

The focus on the shadows (the depth and placement, not the colours) reminds me of the makeup done in old black and white films. The in person look was insane, but for film it was spectacular!

I did end up wearing it for the rest of the day. It’s a little heavier than I’d normally do BUT For the people asking, color theory is the same no matter what you apply the colors too - so this does work for makeup but it’s more extreme while painting. All I did was continue blending until it all became skin toned
