@werekindahungry: I’d been bugging my husband for weeks about how badly I was craving an ice-cold, crispy beer and a carb-heavy meal (think cheesy pretzels and dip) and since it’s OKTOBER he finally caved! 🍺 We had a few spots in mind but decided on Wurstküche in the Arts District since we would already be in the area. I got the mango habanero hot dog paired with a Kasteel Tropical Belgian fruit ale which was SO good I couldn’t believe it was 7% ABV… it literally tasted like juice! Meanwhile, hubby got the Louisiana hot hot dog with an Ayinger Oktoberfest beer. And of course we had to get the Belgian fries because those are an absolute MUST. We had so much fun trying all the different sauces and acting like kids doodling on the paper table covers. Such a fun, casual spot for a date night or group hangout.
