@madhungry: Steak Pizzaiola —a dream recipe, is hitting the weekend meal plan early. It’s that dish that makes your loved ones #want to stay home for dinner, spend the afternoon sniffing the delicious aroma while it cooks. This with only a few minutes of prep time for the cook. It was my parlor trick for enticing the teenagers to stay (or come back?) for dinner when all they wanted was to get out of the house. This recipe started during the early 20th century in newly Italian American homes where yummy food had to feed many mouths on a budget. Hence, a chuck steak which requires low slow cooking for tenderness. Give it a try and you’ll be a happy eater.
