I feel awkward without a bra because of how society sexualizes breasts. They aren't for view, they aren't sexy, they're for feeding babies. Bra's were made to support breasts. It is nice to take it off, but keeping it on makes me feel somewhat safer.

personally I think this is a misconception. if you are *ehem* "well endowed" its actually super uncomfortable just to let them rock out freely. if you wear comfy bras, like stretchy sports bras, its more comfortable to have it on. I sleep in mine!

If you wear a bra without a push-up bra or underwire, it's very comfortable. The style and materials are important. Without a bra, I feel uncomfortable; my breasts dangle, and sometimes it even hurts.

I wish it was socially acceptable for men to wear bras. I personally think they're comfortable and supportive but only wear them around the house. When in public i get very self conscious about the appearance of my nips.
