Inside Caravan, the café has a dark and cosy atmosphere, with warm yellow lighting that is not bright enough for Sonal to see clearly. Thankfully, she managed to find a table beside a small window, where the natural light helped. The dining area is extremely busy and packed with tables and chairs. The floor is level, and there are pathways to navigate through the space. However, the further into the café Sonal goes, the darker it becomes, making it more challenging for her to see. There are two menus available: a booklet for drinks and an A4-sized menu for food. Unfortunately, Sonal was unable to read either menu independently and had to use her phone to take pictures and enlarge the text. Accessible toilets are located at the very back of the café, but the layout made them difficult to access. The area was dark and cluttered, and the accessible toilet was positioned in front of the other toilet, with only a narrow pathway leading to it. Sonal had to be mindful of how she opened the door because of the limited space, making the toilet feel far from accessible.
