@thervchickadee: 🫶 One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in my 53 years is that being misunderstood does not automatically make you a bad person. You can have good intentions, stand up for what you believe in, set boundaries and still end up being the bad guy and someone else’s version of events. We all see the world through our own experiences, beliefs, and perspectives. Sometimes conflict is exactly what teaches us challenges us, and helps us grow. And sometimes two people can see the same situation completely differently without either one being a terrible human being. You don’t have to spend your entire life explaining yourself defending your choices or trying to make everyone like you be authentic stay open to learning and give other people the freedom to have their own stories. I know I’m the villain in some stories not because I was a bad person but more so because that person needs me to be the villain to feel better about who they are as a person. I just don’t fight it and back in the day I did and I let things like that bother me. Now I just shrug my shoulders

It is so ironic that I happened on this tiktok tonight. This morning, I was getting ready for work and I started thinking about how I have been the villain in other people's stories. I take full responsibility for it. But, what I don't have at 54 is regret because I think that sends my brain a negative message. So from that, I make a conscious decision to just grow from that behavior or those circumstances, because at the time, I was doing the right thing for me in those moments.

Oh girl, I'm 100% the villian in someone's story, she thought I was "doing" her man(ick, no thank you) when all 3 of us were opening a buisness together, she flipped and backed out, he broke up with her, she went crazy on me. I've been with my HUSBAND for 12 years and never wanted to cheat.... idk where she got it in her head but there was no changing it.
